I am always open to negotiating but, at the end of the day this is my business and rent in Brussels isn't cheap as we all know ;)

I always ask all of my clients to provide some kind of a moodboard, to show me what outfit they'll want to wear, some musical inspirations and to meet atleast once before the actual shooting day. That way I am fully prepared and we won't feel like such a strangers to eachother :)
